Inside my GRF there is not "perverse_demon_mask.bmp" inside the path. The question is: If this item exists in game -> http://db.irowiki.org/db/item-info/28565/ Why is this trying to get the item like a custom item? Is there some place that you customize the path? Just means you need to add the files for that item into your grf. (Just because it exists on iRO doesn't mean you're not just missing the files for said item.) Official and custom items use the same folder structure. Here I've attached all the files for the mask. (like all (or some) items from all official RO) I believe there is someone who uploads a big pack of all the official hat files somewhere around here, but I personally just have a copy of all the official servers and grab them manually. Is there some place that you customize the path? check your iteminfo.lua or .lub. The path written in the error is there.
