Old code needs convert to YML format

I just recently bought a script and need to convert the pet_db.txt into .yml format. Can anyone help me with a step by step guide on how to do this?

Which file? Ideally, the file owner should update the file to include the new format.

This is the one i just purchased and i cannot use it as it needs the Pet DB to be updated to .yml Format.
