quest_shop modification

Hey guys, you might know this amazing script https://github.com/rathena/rathena/blob/master/npc/custom/quests/quest_shop.txt that comes in the main trunk. 

Im requesting to change/add something to it. like adding multiple variables as requirements. Thanks in advance!

I think you have no idea here, its the same script.
