I can't launch open server

Hi there.

my pc cant run open server, because i dont have all api-ms-win, but when i download all api-ms-win then i paste to computer system, many of my application cannot run, my question is, can i playing offline without run open server?

yes you can. good alternative is xampp, it's much more easier to use it than openserver..

You only START apache if you will use web. All you need is start the MySql. Also apache blowing up?.

One of my windows updates screwed with my apache ports and had to disable them
