All Items Cannot be Traded/Drop

This is the first time I encounter this problem. There is no item in my item_trade. Just today, other players complaining that they can't drop or trade items. I tried it on my GM Character and on my Normal Character and I confirmed the issue. But other players can trade/drop. What's the problem ?

@Krypt Hey! Could you explain your solution and what you did? I can't seem to have my non-gm characters drop items for some reason. For example, regular players can't drop regular items such as Red Potions or Knifes, or anything for that matter. How can I change this?

Yeah since it was converted into YML you can now edit the item you want in https://github.com/rathena/rathena/blob/master/db/pre-re/item_db_equip.yml#L69
