Correct offset when changing job sprites

Hello, 

Something that really bothers me is that hideous MECHA that the mechanic has to use if he wants to be useful, so i've tried editing the GRF to make it at least bearable, and I ended up losing his head

Can someone help me on how to make the head be normal height and his body align with his head?

Ur body sprite seems to be not on the correct position. The head seems to be correctly. U can use the ActEditor to manually fix some sprite issues.
