I heard rumors that hamachi is hackable that's why i didn't try that... it's just that i don't have the fund yet to avail a vps that's why i really want to host it using my own IP

On Configuring part. You basically only need to edit the Conf files.

What if my LAN IP AND WAN IP aren't the same what should i do sorry i don't really understand this thing

If they aren't the same, you need to put LAN IP where says LAN IP, WAN IP where says WAN IP.

But in my opinion, i suggest you to grab the cheapest VPS you can find on market just to test it.

If you want to bring the server online for testing or setup a multi-development, that's the ideal. My server got a Canada host (with high ping from my Country, about 250ms) just for development and when we finished it, we transfered it to a Country localhost.

You don't need to do those, just make sure that your ragnarok server and vps server is in the same ip/machine. Grab your ip by searching "What's my ip". And once you have it, just open ports for that ip.
If you're on a VPS, use that ip. And open the ports for char, map and login server. By default those ports are 6900, 5121, 6121
