problem with accented letters: "?" or korean character when i type

Hi, I have a problem with typing letters with accent, when I type the accented letters, instead of the letter appears a symbol "?" or a Korean / Japanese character .... I enclose a photo.
I tried to change the Lua files but the problem remains the same.

 

From my online research I found out about the langtype in sclientinfo.xml but when I try to change the value the client does not open and appears:

--------------------------- ERROR --------------------------- CTwitterDataMgr :: CreateInstance () --------------------------- OK ---------------------------
