Resource File Loading Fail (2015 client)

Hello guys can you please help me with my problem I don't know what to do anymore i tried to search but nothing works.

I tried to add custom item from my server(2015 client). I followed the steps that was given to me and was successfully added to the game, but the problem is just the collection it won't show up i don't know why.

here's my folders.

as you can see the item works and the only problem is the collection.

I already solved it. I tried to open the collection bmp files with photoshop then convert it with 24bit then it works.

Look at the weight of the image of the collection. It is possible that the size of the image is larger or of a different format.

@maken06 hey bro i think the weight is not the case because I tried to copy a working collection image and just renamed it Bluescarf and of course it's in bmp but still does not work
