Cannot Attack and Base Level Bug

Title Says it all. 

 

I spawned poring but I cannot attack with any skill. I'm using latest rathena and 2015 client. I even cant attack a person even with @pvpon 

 

Base level is bugged for me. I changed from src/common/map.hpp

 

battle.conf 

 

and db/import/job_exp.txt

Your formula is wrong for job_exp. Between each job number is a ":" and the ,0, for baselevel is after all the job numbers. Should look like this below.
