How can I find/build a data GRF and Hexed client

Hi guys! I just go back to work with rAthena emulator.

I'm trying to find a guide/tutorial about "how can I build my data patch grf and hexed". I've read about Nemo, but first of all I need a hexed client to customize and a data to build my grf.

Where can I find it in this fórum?

I would like to work with de newset clients and data in a pre-renew server.
