Alt+Q and Alt+A to be combined into just one window; Also Can I disable a button in Character Creation?

Hi ! I am currently using the 2016 02 03 client, I am wanting to use this client because this is what's available to me at the moment. I know this is a client with mostly renewal features and I would go to a lower client only if I could, but it is somehow impossible to do that, so I am sticking with this client. However I would very much like to know if there is anyway possible that I can tweak some interface from this client.

Is there a way I could make these two windows be combined into just one window using the Alt+Q shortcut? I thought editing the hotkey.lub would do the trick but I guess it's so much more than that. 

Can I get this be stuck together and make just one window? Or is that really impossible?  

Also, in relation to tweaking, since it looks like it's impossible to change this to a simple character creation, is there at least a way to disable this button that let you choose your gender?

I got these as my setting for firewall, is this the one you want me to turn off? 

You're not turning your firewall off; You're allowing a new application through the firewall.

You can use lower client. I think its impossible to tweak it for 2016 client.

I was looking at another server I think they somehow did it? or maybe my guess was wrong, probably. but ...
I've been trying to use a lower client and link it to a server which was set up originally in a renewal setting. However I keep getting these errors below : 

Would you be familiar about this?

Yep I actually did that and then of course recompile etc. but nope, I was trying it for maybe like 3 hours this morning. I tried several 2013 clients, someone told me there could be renewal remnants making the error and they are most likely 7 of them that is why it was telling me 7 exceeded etc. but not entirely sure. hey thanks for your responses.

You need to allow the client through your firewall. Thats what this error is.

I figured that's what you meant but I guess I'm just too lazy to find out how to allow any application through firewall so does turning it off still works? XD hehehe
