Custom Skill Error. Cant put skill points and Reset after teleport when using @skillall

Hello can someone help me about custom skill. other job skills are working fine but these two jobs merchant classes, custom skills cant add skill points but can be used when using @skillall command. but after teleport or reconnection the custom skill points gone and the skill can't be used again. please see the pic.

I am at go 15 and i use @skillall on the 1st image and then warping back to go 0 on the second image. see that the skill points are gone. please anyone who knows how to fix this.

2012-04-10 client. other custom skill worked except this job.
