I have already verified on this forum and there is a lot of information but they are all applicable to old versions of rAthena and I am afraid that this feature is already available in the current version of rAthena.
is it possible to insert a delay between an @go and the other @go, like a waiting time before being able to send another @go?

There is no config for this, but you can either add a timer to the actual @go command in /src/map/atcommand.cpp or you can override the entire command by replacing it with an @go bindatcmd. There are several custom versions of this floating around in the Script Request section.
