Someone can help me, how can I write this script?

Each physical attack adds a chance to grant weapon with Fire element for 60 sec.
Each magical attack adds a chance to increases Fire magic damage by 10% for 60 sec.

and this:

I tried so: 

bonus3 bAutoSpell,SL_STUN,5,50;

but I don't know if it works with "magical attacks" or just with normal attacks.
