What should i do? its says

but i already to change /logs to 0600, 0777, etc, but still same @@

maybe someone can help me? @@ im confused about this problem @@, im using CentOS 7,

The picture you provided shows how to fix the problem.

Need to change the file persmissions for the log folder.

its ownership problem not the permission, check if you user is apache, make sure you didn't use root user when uploading web files

It's generally an issue caused by suexec, but only for CentOS servers. Disable it and chown your entire fluxcp directory to the apache user.
