How to refine unrefined item

Hi all,

I just wanna to ask this question, i already search in other section but i didnt met it.

How can i refine the unrefined item? such as poo poo hat, beret or other else.

Can we change it ? and where should i change the script @@

There is a line in the db.

popohat for example

2289,Chapéu_Fedorento,Chapéu Fedorento,5,20,,700,,0,,0,0xFFFFFFFF,7,2,256,,0,0,76,{ bonus2 bSubRace,RC_DemiHuman,10; },{},{}

 

I did that from the Brazilian db that I have, so it is in portuguese. But the number in red is where you change it.
