What is SimpleROHook? What do I need to learn to know how to work with it?

What is SimpleRoHook? How to make it make work with the server I'm playing at? It only has options for iRO, jRO, and bRO. What do I need to learn (any computing languages or whatever, I genuinely want to learn) to know how to work with it?

SimpleROhook is a program like RCX, but lighter than.

You can activate and disable stuff like, m2e, circle range, fps, gutterlines, square, etc.

 

Try rename your .exe to similiar you got the program.
