Hello everyone!  I use 3dmax7 software and granny software to build "Gr2" model, the production process has encountered a problem when I import ".spa" and ".psk" files into 3dmax7 when the display model of texture and movement is normal, but when I use the 3dmax7 plugin export ".Gr2" model, there have been some mistakes, I use Granny Viewer software preview, found it does not display the texture, I suspect that when the export format "Gr2" plugin problems, please tell me how to repair, or who has a better use of plug-in?

@312200492

by the screenshot I see that you have bink texture format (4) which is incorrect. In my videos I think I mentioned bink texture format must be either (0) or (1), these parameters are added when you run the granny exporter in 3ds max in texture format.

If you load that gr2 model in RO is going to crash your client.

Edit: if the texture is changed automatically to another format means you have to disable transparency or decrease bit depth.

@Olrox    thx XD,I want to not because of Bink (0) or (1) cause, I try to set export plug-in, set it into (1), but still can not display the texture, I still doubt that is the plugin problem, Could you please give me a plugin that you have used?

The texture should always be BMP, I think you are using TGA on that one

@OlroxI gave up. I tried to use 16 bit and 32 bit BMP pictures, but I still couldn't see the texture. I did other tests too. It took me a lot of time. I stuck to my idea. It was a plugin problem. Thank you for your answer XD。
