You need to have a VPS with sufficient RAM, You can either get a vps from a ragnarok hosting (not suggestable because the price is very high/incomplete access)
or get a cheap VPS from trusted VPS providers (OVH,Digital Ocean,Vultr) and learn how to install rA in the VPS. there are several guides in the wiki and forum.
Installation Guides From Wiki / Vultr VPS Provider Guide on Ubuntu / Youtube Guide
There are also 3rd party services for VPS Installation/Server Setup

Welcome to the linux OS.. xD. Mostly vps are running on linux OS. But i think there is one vps, offering windows OS.

I'm pretty sure u done the customization in the test server on ur desktop / laptop which running on windows OS.

https://www.vps.ag/windows

But the price of windows OS vps are higher compare to linux OS vps. Ovh basic vps plan just 3.5 USD per month. For long term. U can save a lot. But, it just u need to learn how to running server on linux OS. Once u get use of it. I think it should not be a problem anymore.

Do you think a simple VPS can support up to 100 players at max? Thank you

Yeah XD, I've been customizing on my windows laptop. I tried searching at ovh and their Linux plan is $2.35 per month while for windows is $10 per month. Well... in your point of view is it hard to move from windows to linux? I've been using windows ever since /heh Have never used any other OS except for iOS lol. Thank you

nothing is easy for the first time. :P

u just a lot of patience & determination..

i think the basic plan can support up to 100 players. it should be no problem i think. but, in case the vps no longer can support, u can just upgrade the vps at anytime.

there are few linux OS distro (distribution). Ubuntu, Debian, Centos. but i highly recommend Ubuntu (ubuntu is sub-distro of debian) as rA seems to be move it support to modern software (yaml, c++, g++). sticking with centos, u end up mess up your mood & spirit on learning Linux OS.

https://www.ubuntu.com/download/alternative-downloads

please download ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS (Long Term Support, 5 years support updates & maintenance) instead of ubuntu 17.04 (only 9 months support updates & maintenance)

for beginner, u can download ubuntu 16.04.2 Desktop version. it has GUI and u can still practive using terminal too (command prompt).

and once again i would remind. just use ubuntu or debian.. please avoid CentOS.. although most of the guide in this forum u can see it will emphasize on centos, but u will get lots of headache if running on CentOS (as lots of incompatibility issue due to outdated software / program in this Linux distro)

erm.. all linux distro has GUI (Desktop version) & non GUI (Server version). but if u gonna rent a vps, it will always be ubuntu server or centos server..

it is just rarely for the vps to put desktop version for linux.

to compile it? by using terminal. just execute ./configure && make clean server

So most likely is you rent a linux they give you just a server?

yeah.. i don't there is problem with that. and i prefer using server edition.. it is much light weight & consume less ram & cpu resources... even if u using desktop edition, u will still go through the terminal (command prompt) -> this is just like u are using on server edition.

windows even require & consume lot more RAM.. u can just use 1GB of ram on linux server vps. but, i don't think u can on windows server vps.. still the reason why linux server is better option coz due to less ram & cpu consumption over linux desktop & windows server.
