Added Skills But Can't Learn It.

Hi Good Day Rathena!, Im quite on what's happening here. I added the Expanded Summoner in my database and in the client sided files but this happens.
I Can't learn the skills >.< Im Pretty sure I added all the things that's needed for adding a skill. Do you have any idea how to fix this or did I miss something
Pardon me also if I posted in the wrong section  not sure if it's server side or clientside..

Did you merge the summoner PR? (https://github.com/rathena/rathena/pull/1965)

Afaik it's a known issue and aleos is working on it.

Yes max level already >.<

in the screenshot skills points are missing ( you have 0 ). Try to use @allskills 2 times...

Still the same but when I use @useskill the skills is working >.<

Well.. seems to be u lack of skillpoint.. to add few number of skill point & see either u can level up those skills or not with @skpoint 20. This will add 20 skills point to the character.

use a late 2016 client or 2017 client and it should solve your problem
