broken login

people cannot login for some reason on this and it only started since 2 day ago and i have no idea what happened beside the fact that i ported the emulator , but the port and ip are the same and the client still connect , i have no idea why people cant create an account all it keep saying is Please enter the security code correctly.

I have developer access to his server -

I disabled capcha and successfully made new accounts... but the problem remains that we cannot login to accounts from control panel.  Also, the recapcha for his theme works on other sites (designno2 downloaded from here, modified for the server)  I have a feeling something is up with the web hosting... its happening on my server too.  I can't login to control panel on any account...  But I didnt change ANYTHING.  It happened without a restart or a hiccup.

Ever seen this before, anyone?

Accounts cannot login to CP.
CP can talk to server and make new accounts.
CP can query sql and list out jobs, zeny, ranking, etc.
CP can display online player numbers, max players.

I have some questions 

1.what is the error message( while you trying to login to cp, also error log) 

2.you can be able to login to game with the accounts created in cp? 

3. Since you mentioned you have changed ip (host you mean?) you also transferred mysql? If so you are able access al your sql tables? 

 And try optimising your sql tables and try once

There is no error message.

Yes, you cant login to the created accounts.

His IP did not change, his svn for rAthena was updated, that was it...

SQL Tables are 100% online and work fine.
