Anyone who knows how to run rcx/simplerohook on 2013 clients?

I've been trying rcx but after completely loading, my client just crashes. So is there anyway to make the rcx works? Because I've found players, playing on the server where I'm playing uses the circle functions, take note that we don't have lgp available.
