s_storage error on map server

Hi

Im currently want to try rAthena server, but there is a problem. the s_storage error always popped up on my mapserv

my question is:

1. did i do something wrong before i compiled the servers?
2.  if i must recompile again, do i need to setting up the sql and database again?
