Getting started is as simple as following a few step by step guides on github. For exp rate you want to check out rathena-base\conf\battle\exp.h For renewal settings you want to change rathena-base\src\config\renewal.h For any further assistance, the wiki on github is your friend and of course you can use the forums as a resource.
