Why i cant download any files -_- always get error

i cant download any files, spirte, etc 

Always get  Error code: 1D161/3  

Please help me

All you need to do is get your post count to 1.  

Which means posting in another thread that is not in Off Topic!  That should do the trick.

You'll have to forgive my intrusion, but your topic title is less than savoury.

This actually sounds like you feel you have a right to sign up and then just download all the files you want. I can see that you've downloaded 25 files since you registered on the 13th of November and not contributed anything to our community. This is called "Leeching".

I changed the settings on the forums last weekend to restrict Limited Members from downloading files for this very reason.

And yes, i'm making an example out of you.
