No "login"

Hello everyone, so I'm still making an Offline server.
I did all what the Wiki said (CLICK ME) but there seems to be a problem. There's no "login" in the ragnarok Tables. Can anyone please help me on this problem?

The 'ragnarok' table you've seen on the left side belongs to me. As you can see, there's no login.

Your server won't run if login table's missing.

If it's really missing, please run this sql query.
