If budget isn't a problem, I suggest to search for a big hosting company that is not RO related. Most (if not all) RO related hostings offers cheap anti ddos but fail to deliver what has been promised.

Agreed. I wouldn't bother with "RO hosting companys" because all they do is resell other people's hardware and services. Search the internet for VPS or dedicated hosting and go from there. There's no point in wasting your money on people who can't provide what they say they can.

As what Akkarin has said, never buy from "RO hosting companies" as they're 40% more expensive than the professional VPS / dedicated machine providers. I can't really tell which company's the best for RO but you may want to try AWS (Amazon) or Google's or DigitalOcean.

I advise you to maximize Google's search engine and take time to read company reviews before availing their service. (ex.: reading threads at webhostingtalk)
