Normal player commands

Hello! tanong ko lang ito, kasi nag restart na ako at nag try narin ako mag @reload battleconf kaso ayaw parin magkaroon ng command ang normal players? well i did first the commands:true and then gumana naman siya, after ko sundan ng alootid .... and the rest.. hindi na sila gumana except @commands

Oh wait! dahil pala sa @roll.. sa mga magkakaproblema take note, hindi gagana lahat kung may nilagay kayong command na wala naman sa rathena ..
