Needs Ragnarok Offline episode 15.1 please

Hi I've been been trying to create Ragnarok Offline server following the guides here on Rathena but I get lost from the very start of the tutorial and never made any progress eversince. I'm not a techy person, if you know where I can find a 15.1 or the latest possible ragnarok offline game please kindly refer me to the download link. Thanks in advance.

That's what I've always been trying to do, I get lost at the very beggining of the tutorial. has always been a player and no interest in game creation. I'm quite busy at work and baby sitting so dont really have enough time to learn new tricks

successfully made an offline server with the help of Einjerin

 

Wow I never thought configuring a server was so much fun, I just got myself a new hobby
