Question High-Rate for Base: 250 or 255

Hi, i have some curios questions regarding high-rate server, since i want to build and try something new.

So i have few questions to ask:

1. What are the max ASPD?

2. Max Stats and why?

3. Skills modifications and why?

4. Other balances for high rate?

If u have some good suggestions i would be happy to listen (expert only in HR)

Common high rate servers have their max level up to 255 with a job level of 120.

Other info:

 

Max Aspd : 195 or 196 or 197

Max Stats: 255

 

Skill Mods: Usually they implement different Soul Link Modifications.

Yes but most server has different max stats like: 199, 200 and 255 what are the different of those?

Also with the skills modification.

1. 195 because that's as fast as i can spam my hand
2. Max Stats = Max Level, to keep things somewhat in balance

4. Don't Sell Potions or Ingredients, make Alchemist hunt to fight.
