noob question about casting.

At first I ran my server on pre renewal with 150 instant cast setting. 

But now trying to switch it to renewal. Specially the casting.

 

Am i correct? The formula of renewal in casting is 90% casting time and 10% fixed casting time.?

 

The case is I already uncomment the things on my renewal.h

Like

recompiled the server and tried.

 

I tried using warlock with no equips I edited my dex to 150 and my jack frost is no cast.

As I understand it is impossible to have no cast when using skill of third jobs is it right? because of the fixed cast time.

 

So why my warlock is still no cast with the dex of 150?

open conf / battle / skill.conf then find this line:

As I said that is really my settings. But you see when editing my chars dex to 150 why my character is no cast.?

 

In renewal setting even my dex is 150 its impossible to have no cast using jack frost for example right?

if im not mistaken even you change your instant cast into 150 in skill.conf . Since you are talking to 3rd job character there is different formula of 3rd job skill so thats why its impossible to no cast the skill of 3rd job . Try to edit your formula in 3rd job ..
