Just curious as to what causes those dots. It is not just on the screenshot, it is what I see in-game, as well. It has nothing to do with the server or the client, as I have two computers I can test with and the other computer does not get those black dots.

it was your graphic card compatibility issue.

Anyway to fix it?

 

Edit: Found a temporary solution. Ctrl + Alt + Del while RO client is open fixes it. If you have Trilinear on, it will crash the client, so make sure to turn it off beforehand. Otherwise, it's okay.
