example normal player has @item command but they can't @item the following item 5013, 5377 and so on

 

I found this @item restriction in rathena: http://upaste.me/raw/4014f6but still not working for normal player can't @item anything but gm lvl 99 can item anything see this script  I am using the latest sven

 

 

please give me the one is working 100%
