Gepard Shield "Error ID:24 "

Error ID:24 - Gepard::DW - you can't run more than 2 windows of game

Anyone can help us about this?

we tried

restart pc
we check in taskbar manager process
restart net
off anti virus
data execution - performance 
reinstall
run as admin
set as admin
exclude from anti virus

and we don't use any 3rd party software or program..

also we don't try to dual.. when we run the patch.. then press "Start Game" Gepard Shield shows then.. "Error ID:24" appears..

Just run windows + R

Type %TEMP%

delete all temporary folders and skip those files that cant be deleted

Lastly empty recycle bin

obviously it blocked you from running 2 clients at the same time.
