Custom Model issue

Hello rAthena, 

 

I recently purchased a Prontera map with a customized center model.  The map loads fine, lighting effects etc -- but the custom model that was the whole point of the purchase isn't showing.  

I'm only reaching out here due to not being able to get a response from the mapper, and for their privacy I will obviously not use their name here. 

Does anyone have any ideas?

The mapper provided all the files needed?
Textures, models and so?

Are you able to open and see that model on Browedit?

Yes they provided everything for me, and unfortunately in Browedit I can't see it either.  They did, however, supply me with a screenshot from when they worked on it.

When you load the map on Browedit, look at the console if it states a model missing and the directory it should be.
May the files are on wrong directory.

It's giving me errors that state, " Failed to open xxxxx ".  I have the files in the directory it's requiring, but still no luck.   I have zero experience with Browedit, complete novice here.

Good to know.  Sometimes it happens, it happened to me once back in the day.

Had totally forgotten to send a few custom textures haha.

does it cause disconnection when entering prt_in? if so you could try using the old prt_in.
