First - I need to download the whole .GIT folder correct?

https://www.sourcetreeapp.com/ (open folder where you have .git folder)

Or use console app: https://git-scm.com/ (after installation open git console and go to the folder with .git, then enter "git reset --hard")

I used actually the 2015-11-04, its really stable. But i have Problems with the Rebell Classes. 

Should i better use the 2016-02-05aRagexeRE or a newer Client with zacks REtranslated? Or is the 2015 at the moment the best?

iirc, you need client that support rebellion's level 175 aura, which I believe in mid 2016 or so.

Just test  2016-02-05aRagexeRE, if this client support that aura.

I'm using 2015-11-04 renewal, I don't think my itemInfo is translated cause all items descriptions\name are "[] [] [] []", can't find a working link to the data folder/Lua files (the one in OP is the one I'm using and it's not working, no descriptions), any updated link for data/lua correlated to my version? It's been days I'm searching...

Is it possible to get a V3 and V5 format update to the iteminfo.lua file in the ROenglishPRE? I tried it on a 2018-06-21aRagexeRE and the old format appears to work fine, but I want to get access to all the features and functions from the newer formats for this client and also avoid future compatibility problems.

There are few skills untranslated, but as I have heard zackdreaver is thinking about dropping this project, since it's too time consuming when he doesn't have mich time to begin with.
So I thought about...
I cloned his repository and started to work on it myself.

Hi, I got my client working, with item and anything else got translated. but I cant get the skill description translated. Does anyone knows how to do that ?
