item bonus based on percentage of total stats?

I'm not sure if this is possible, but is it possible to add stats to weapons depending on your total stats?

 

For example:

 

A knife weapon with 0 stats but instead gives you 5% of total attack damage.

 

So if your attack stat is 100 you get +5% so a total of 105 and if your attack increased due to levels and you got 125 points you get +5% of that making it 131 attack.

 

Trying to learn and come up with something interesting so please help if possible.

So basically you want to add 5% atk? You can use "bonus bAtkRate,5;", if that's not what you're looking for then please clarify ;O.

Yes just 5% of total attack stats.

is that all I have to add in order to get that effect?

 

I just want a weapon that can grow with it's user.

So the more attack you have the stronger the weapon gets.

 

Is it possible?
