Well, if it has 2 hours delay, when u logout, the delay is still remain or not? in iRO, itemid 22508, delay to be used again 2 hours, effect teleport to savepoint replacement of the old mark... U has iRO client and account, right? can u check if u use that item, it'll sends u which EFST? afaik, items with reuse delay will trigger EFST Group to save the delay. Like Yggdrasilberry that uses EFST_REUSE_LIMIT_F. Edit: sorry, I mean 22508, so does idRO (but the delay is removed since they make no Butterfly & Fly Wing drop anymore, except from Cash items .___.)
