Cutin not displaying (no errors either)

Issue: I've followed the wiki's article for cutins, but have seen little success in getting the cutin to display. I've added the cutin to my grf, data folder, and double checked the bit-rate. I've also made sure it was saved as a bmp. The size of the cutin is 300x606 I've skimmed rA for like-threads, and found nothing useful.

If you have any ideas, please feel free to post them below.

If you get the issue I described in my initial post, you have done something wrong when adding the file to your data folder, grf, or made a mistake in the script.
