Conflicts Posted March 5, 2015 Share Posted March 5, 2015 I'm afraid the 10Mbps would be a definite bottleneck in this case. These specs don't complement each other at all. The CPU is overkill for Ragnarok hosting, emulators are single-threaded, so having 4 cores (8 threads) isn't really beneficial. The RAM should be enough, but the bandwidth would be your limiting factor here. Would rather go for 1Gbit (even at 1TB limit) for RO.
