Cant connect to mysql.

today i got my vps plan from qhoster , anyway i did everything from installing to compiling

 

but whenever i try to connect to mySQL i get this error , plus i am 100% sure about the username and the password  :

If there's no MySQL in your VPS, then maybe it's not installed yet /?

yum install mysql mysql-devel mysql-server

Well, I never saw that kind of error before.

Are you using your home PC to host it?

as i said before sir , hosting plan not on my pc , i've tried every user in the host from root to custom users none works :o

Ah sorry, I didn't read that part :P

Have you created a new user on your MySql?

yeah i did that and gave it all the privileges , evertime i try to connect it gives me that error :(

If you are on linux, go to /etc/mysql/my.cnf and comment out the line bind-address=127.0.0.1

Be sure to check your port number too, maybe it's being blocked or being used by something else

i cant find this path you gave me ,  there no mysql folder there
