I just created a new client with the English translations, all my grf (custom and official) are set on the data.ini, I added custom items which I can see (the data is on a custom GRF) and I can see the description of items in English.
When I start the client, I receive a bunch of these errors after selecting a character. Once I am logged in, I can see the custom items but can't see any images of the official ones. If I add the official .bmp to the texture folder of my custom GRF I see the images.
This is a fresh install, with RO updated. Every time I try starting from scratch, I get this error. Am I missing something?
EDIT!
In case anyone has the same issue, when modifying iteminfo.lua, remember to change the encryption to EUC-KR
