@hendra814 Thanks Brother, I do not want to use visual occupies a lot of space.
I managed to solve the issue
1.- Add only the packages required for MYSQL
2.- Install MariaDB(Mysql)
3.- Now I can compile the emulator in SQL
4.- For the requirements and Packages follow the guide of Debian HERE

Lol ... i need edit only the formula... no disabled renewal ... but no problem
i Solved!... The solution is : edited the vcast_stat_scale = X*2 + Y = Value for get Free cast
and edit all skill_cast_db... eliminating the value of the line: penalty cast

1.- Delete codec if ( sd->status.shield ) in status_base_amotion_pc
2.- Delete codec in stat = status->def2 the bonus aditionality base level + (every 2 vit = +1 def) + (every 5 agi = +1 def)
3.- Comment all formulas it in renewal.h
4.- Enjoy my hybrid server.

Solved..Thanks for helping The solution is to edit the file status.c and modify formulas stats ( stat = status->def2)
