Installed & updated so far everything works fine except for phpmyadmin. Can't seem to delete a character on this fresh installation it's giving me some kind of error that I didn't experience back then. (cookies enabled btw*) Not sure if I missed a step or something.

Total noob here ssry but which .grf do I open with editor? I just installed everything using Anacondaq's guide a couple hrs ago and I'm not sure if I should open the one on client side or the one from the folder that says kRO client. I managed to find the costumes.grf folder despite the alien text but not sure as well if I just drag it then compile or what not. Really appreciate any help or if someone can provide a link to step-by-step instructions if someone already posted. Thanks!
