Ok the server seems to be running with no errors but the client fails to connect. The console output doesn't even show a connection attempt. Is there a client log?

The client is working! Now I'm unable to connect to server. Is there a current guide for linux server setup? I used this one

I get the following error when running Neo to modify exe. Disable 1rag1 type parameters failed in step 1 - 1rag1 not found

I have downloaded latest and nightly release neither of which will decompress. Error can not open file as archive.

I must say no. I'm not sure what a grf is. Wait is that not what the patch did? I don't think Nemo will work with the new clients.

I have been googling and go through the forums for hours. There is so much different info most of which seems outdated and the rest has not worked. I’ve downloaded this client https://rathena.org/board/topic/106413-kro-full-client-2018-08-13-includes-bgm-rsu/ I assume it’s the latest. I’ve downloaded this patcher http://nn.ai4rei.net/dev/rsu/#download The kRO 2.4.22.793 and this language file https://github.com/zackdreaver/ROenglishRE At this point I have no idea what is going on. I run the patcher and copy over the language files nothing works. Opening the exe yields a grey box that must be forced closed and running setup still shows Japanese or whatever it is. I’m sure I’ve done everything wrong. Is there a current step by step guide that I could follow? If so can I get a link? Otherwise would someone be so kind as to guide this old fool to get this to work?
