is gates of hell depends on hp? when you HP is red or low the damages of Gates of Hell will increase and if the HP is full the damages is low

and my problem is that when i cast gate of hell on another player it deals very low damage like 40 per hits even if the Sura is very low of hp and sometimes not always it deals the correct damage (one time of 4-5 maybe) i was wondering if someone could help me fix this (i did not edit battle.c or anything that could do that) like this http://rathena.org/board/topic/77296-gate-of-hell-problem/

what i mean the effect of the bragi with the player. 30% Faster Cast & 50% Less Delay when you dispell a player that has a bragi the bragi effect will gone what im trying to say if you dispell the player has a bragi the player still have the effect of the bragi bump

wait let me try not working. when i go to bragi the bragi affect but when i dispell the on who has bragi the bragi effect gone
