I think normal noskill mapflag will not block it -
you just need to create new sc in status.h (maybe SC_INNVVV) and use it on where SC_INTRAVISION be used

if you want to make system will do recover HP and SP at same time or using hotkey, just change ''use item'' to ''directly heal + delete item'' or else. anyway, this is open source, you can edit it to what you want. I will only fix or update what I think is important or good.
