Item Scripts are correctly written in ITEM_DB2.

Sprite, Texture Images and Act Files correctly written in their designated folders.

Information of items correctly written here; idnum2itemresnametable, idnum2itemdesctable, and idnum2itemdisplaynametable.

Problem: Custom item sprites are becoming APPLES.
