Spoiler*The character in the video and the monsters lag, because this is an overlap of two locations,
because in my version of the emulator there is no more convenient mapcache,
and I was too lazy to deal with the setting =PI don't like the original 3rd level, because it's just copy-paste,
so I tried to combine the styles of the 1st and 2d levels,
made the overall look more aggressive,
also added elements of architecture, which ruins were visible on the original levels
and made the maximum size of the map, where all the monsters of magma dungeons can fit.

The main idea behind sprites with two types of attack is that they can be used as:
1. different ordinary monsters with only one type of attack initially
2. monsters with the ability to transform one into another depending on the use of
skills by players or randomlyMain examples of use for such sprites:
1.1. Celia / Laurell with a staff / book has a casting time and normal delay when using one of the types of magic bolts from a distance and near
1.2. Celia / Laurell with a knife uses instant magic bolts on melee attacks (as if she / he had Auto-Spell enabled)
2.1. Margaretha with a staff can cast protective spells on monsters around her and attack with normal speed (like supportive priest)
2.2. Margaretha with the book casts protective spells only on herself and attack way more faster (like battle priest)
3. Wikebine / Gertie / Josephina / Trentini / Kavach / Alphoccio with the ability to melee attack and carry a bow can randomly change the type of attack from ranged to melee and from melee to ranged to prevent players using Pneuma (Cecil is the exception, as a professional archer only)There is an example of a sprite naming system:

A map inspired by the mobile game from 2004 made for a small quest in a medieval setting.
The brave citizen Anry sets off in search of the princess, the daughter of the king.
On his way, townspeople and fabulous creatures will help him.
And in the end, after the great battle with the dangerous dragon, a feast in a local
tavern and maybe a wedding.
I was still lazy to do the quest itself, and I won’t be able to do it 100% myself because I don’t have my own server and I can only code eAthena.

You decided to save the princess from the dragon's clutches.
To tell you the truth, you are not even a knight, skipping the fact that you are not even member of the gentry. You are a regular citizen.
You know that it's not that easy to defeat the dragon.
Almost each month there appeared another vain knight which was eaten by the dragon in no time.

A mysterious frozen lake in the midst of forests and mountains in the sunshine.

SpoilerThe location size is 300x300 cells, includes 1000 objects and 3 types of modified classic texture.
The view of the frozen lake is made in one custom texture to give uniqueness to the surface and lighting.
The depth of the lake is sufficient to almost raise the camera up without graphic blackness at the bottom.
The entire central zone and most of the land around is free to move.

SpoilerThe space in the game is made in 2D, so I had to mirror some lonely objects.
Also, for the castle in the screenshot there are not enough columns,
I had to add a couple so that everything would not fall apart.
It was decided to make the blocks exclusively in the form of a relief,
because the logic of the game involves their constant piling up,
which makes it impossible to make them as objects.
Also, you can walk on all the flying blocks,
you can get there through the jump skill or through a script,
or just by going there it doesn’t really matter...

There are no custom objects, textures, some changes, etc.

+ are working good options (first NVIDIA GeForse hides [Direct3D HAL] too I suppose); - are non-working options.
Knowing this, it's hard to believe that players faced such a problem only on your map : )With the rest of the parameters, the map looks good : ) These "rainbow" lights in the edge of map will disappear as soon as you reopen the map in Browedit, just a visual bug.

If you look at the standard maps they all have only 3 colors: green, red and purple.
Moreover, no one guide states a requirement to use light blue instead of green in Brow.
And if you save any 620 map with green cells in 586, these will remain green.
Map.c says that the water level is read from .rsw file.
In my case, since I use the WeeMapCache, I collect 3 files (.gat, .gnd, .rsw)
in the grf, then add the map via the GRF button in the WeeMapCache.
And the skills that require water work only in water = the water level
is read correctly (with green cells). I'm sure you do not need to redraw
the GAT cells, just need to find a way to make the server read the .rsw file.-

In Mexico there is an interesting beach called the Love Beach or Playa del Amor.
I found it after the Navagio and it seemed to me that it can serve as an inspiration
for a small closed map in the RO world. Here it is, cool, sunny and grassy

SpoilerThe beach itself is not crowded with objects to provide maximum event space for
such a small map, so I decided to fill in the background more. Thanks to the lighting,
the plants turned out to be juicy and it was enough to cover the screen with the standard
zoom of the character. Here you can hide together with your only love (or with the whole
friendly party) and hang out, or it can be a good place for an arena with big open water
for a water ball, or here you can make an instance to destroy the water monsters and MVPs : )
- Actually, on the beach so far is only this rock and awesome hot sand.

The Legend of the Great, Wise and Four Battle Books
The legend has it that a long time ago a great, but very lonely wizard lived away from people who thought about creating four magic books of elemental magic: earth, wind, fire and water. Ordinary people feared his wonders as a fire, tried to address only the most hopeless cases and always walked around his house, but the great magician believed that thanks to his books people would learn to live in harmony with magic and in harmony with nature. He hoped that with the help of these books people would learn to control nature, use resources wisely, and he himself would receive the post of chief wizard of Rune-Midgard and become a respected man. Half a century of life, he spent writing his main manuscript. And then came the day when he created and endowed all four books with power, and set out on his journey to the king. On his way to the capital, he met a poor sage, who also went to the palace to present to the king amazing boots-speeders, capable of allowing him to instantly survey his huge possessions (these boots were even sewn specially to the size of the king's feet!). All day, the sage imagined what a great reward from the king would be for the invention of speedboots, and our great wizard only smiled back, because he knew that one pair of boots could not eclipse the glory of his manuscripts. And the sage walked and thought to himself that boots-speed are a reward at a time, but with magic books, more wealth will come out. And then came the evening. The sage waited until the great magician fell asleep, and, that is, pulled out the wizard's books and ran as quickly as he could to his native capital, the city of Juno. There, in the guild of sages, he, dressing his boots-speeders on his hands for agility, spent the whole night casting spells on empty scrolls to copy the texts of incantations from the books of the great magician. Gathering a heavy bag of parchment, he rushed all the way to Alberta town to his familiar influential merchant. This trader did not understand anything about magic, but he knew perfectly well where to make money. At first he did not want to get up for a long time (especially for a man wearing speed boots!), then he did not want to go to open the door, but as soon as he heard that there was a big gain, he himself dragged the sage to his house and closed all the doors and shutters . Only when the gleaming gates appeared on the horizon, the wise man reported that he was heading to Izlude port to see his old friend and give in to the first visit to the wizard, because the sage was firmly convinced of his own victory. In fact, he wanted to hurry to hire a ship, ready to go to Alberta, take his share stake from the merchant and hide away from the wizard. The great magician said goodbye to the sage and headed across the pavement of the capital straight to the palace, clutching the books in his hands. Imagine his surprise when he saw the strange magic scrolls that had clogged the tents of Prontera. People around were discussing new-fangled scrolls, children were running around and playing with small lightning. The pleasant girl-saleswoman cheerfully invited him to try the magic of the scrolls and offered one for the trial. As soon as he touched the paper, the great wizard recognized his incantations and realized that the whole matter of his life had been stolen! But by whom?! In a fit of anger, he tore up the ill-fated scroll, and rushed for the dishonest sage. He knew that this wise man would not wear the speedboots, because they did not fit the size of his legs, but to be sure, the great wizard gathered air around him, and the wind lifted him above the ground, sweeping away everything in his path. So the magic of the wind became the magic of a hurricane. Flying over Izlude town, the great wizard noticed his old wise friend walking along the dock to the ship, which was about to sail. Then the great wizard took the power of the earth in his hands and began to destroy the white stones of the quay. So the magic of the earth became the magic of stone. The dishonest sage, seeing that the abyss was about to open, put on the remnants of the short boots-speeders, and barely had time to scatter and jump to the deck of the hastily raising anchor ship. In his hands the coins were heated up to white and the fire spilled on the planks of the ship, so the magic of fire turned into the magic of lava. Returning through the air, the great wizard observed the terrible results of magic, he wanted to give to people. The flaming ship, the ice spikes that grew on the surface of the sea, the destroyed port of Izlude town, and the roofs of houses that had been torn down by the hurricane. He was horrified and broken, people pointing at him and shouting, "What is this awful wizard? Why did you cause us all this horror? We send an eternal curse on you, as you directed your magic against us!" So the great wizard became a terrible wizard. From that moment, now, wherever people notice his magic, he was always rebuffed and expelled from the settlement. From grief, he went mad and disappeared from the human eyes in the wild forests among the orcs, who became his only close demi-human creatures. From his books, people were left with only scattered scrolls with a bit of knowledge, copies of which are carefully stored in the Library of Juno and tirelessly reprinted by the sages word for word. Unfortunately the mystery of the boots-speed skates died with that wise man. I agree with you, but I was satisfied with the final version))) If I understand something in the mapping, then it was necessary to completely close the texture with shadows of different saturation, so that the player himself would look dark. In this case, the textures themselves should be overlightened in ps, and it is still unclear how the objects behave. Instead, I thought that looking at a dark screen would be boring, and just made black areas in which you can authenticly hide both monsters and portals)))

Interesting to see ingame video. At one time, the ball2 map impressed me with "one cell" placing soccer ball, but the texture you got much more juicy and the gates are awesome)

Thank you) no, it's just a picture of the moon in a big extension, it can be replaced with any other planet as well. The map is too simple for the custom moon, besides, the ground+texture combination allows you to use much more polygons and shadows

Last update of custom expanded classes
Added both types of hyper novices (as well as super novices) - attacking and magical
Custom gunfire and neutral-grey painting of pistols/shuriken was done
These classes continue the line of custom characters
